At Mansbach Biophysics Lab, I’m building a Python random forest to classify peptides into four classes. My antimicrobial peptide classifier, trained on real lab data from Dr. Mansbach’s lab at Concordia, reached 0.97 AUROC.
As an Undergraduate Research Intern with Zazubovits Research Group, I designed and constructed an inverted microscope for single-molecule TIRF-FRET experiments. I’m studying physics with a biophysics concentration and a minor in computer science at Concordia University.
At RBC, I built a Python-powered Excel tracker to replace a handwritten log for client cards. I also use investment projection tools to help clients plan TFSA and retirement contributions.
