What I'm looking for

I’m looking to continue leading safe, evidence-based cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, patient education, and case management within a multidisciplinary team that values telemetry-informed monitoring, accurate documentation, and strong secondary prevention.

I’m a Registered Nurse and Clinical Coordinator in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, performing clinical assessment and patient intake evaluations for post-cardiac event patients. I formulate individualized treatment plans with a multidisciplinary team while keeping safety and continuity of care at the center of my work.

I monitor telemetry, exercise therapy, progression, and clinical contraindications to ensure patient safety. I lead and facilitate patient education and secondary prevention, and I manage case management responsibilities, including care transitions between Phase I and Phase II and III, with electronic health record documentation and coordination with referring physicians.

Previously, I worked in angioplasty recovery, managing immediate recovery and stabilization of high-acuity patients post-cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, and coronary stent deployment. I also supported intermediate cardiac care, including chest tube management, infection control, wound care, blood product administration, and dysrhythmia care and management.

Across my roles, I’ve focused on critical discharge education, sheath-site and neurovascular assessment, and complication prevention. I hold Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (American Heart Association), Cardiovascular Nursing (American Nurses Credentialing Center), and Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, and I’m committed to consistent, high-quality patient outcomes.
