Newly licensed real estate agent leveraging mortgage, customer service, and marketing experience.
What I'm looking for
I’m a people-person with high expectations for myself and high ambitions. I’m a newly licensed real estate agent, and I’m eager to start my career with a successful broker while bringing a bright, outgoing personality that helps me relate to and connect with all people.
My background includes extensive mortgage lending experience through Nexa Mortgage, plus multiple real estate transactions of my own. I organized mortgage leads through Sure Fire, built spreadsheets to determine what marketing material would be most effective for certain lead groups, and supported the loan originator from start to finish by running credit files, verifying balance information, requesting payoff information, and auditing customer profiles for accuracy.
I also bring customer-facing call center experience where I handled high-volume calls and chats, supported merchants and individuals through compliance issues, and stepped in as team support when other team members needed help. I’m decisive and confident in fast-moving situations, and I use communication, problem solving, and negotiation to guide people to clear next steps.
Before shifting fully into real estate, I gained a grounded, empathic perspective through teaching and medical work. I transitioned into a Pre-K special education teacher role, then worked as a Medical Billing Specialist coding with E/M and CPT codes, auditing EOBs, posting electronic payments, and coordinating details that keep processes accurate—plus I took time away from a professional career to raise a family while managing complex schedules and coordinating multiple moves.
