What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a construction estimating or document-control role where I can lead preconstruction coordination, apply Tekla and Bluebeam skills, manage multiple projects, and drive process improvements in a collaborative team.

I am a construction estimator and document-control professional who blends hands-on estimating with preconstruction coordination. I regularly read structural drawings and use Tekla EPM and Bluebeam Revu to produce accurate cost reports and organized project documentation.

At SunSteel I coordinate preconstruction across general contractors and subcontractors, manage document workflows, and estimate beams and connections for large projects while juggling 7–10 projects concurrently. I also introduced Sketchdeck AI into takeoff workflows and use Excel to translate takeoffs into Tekla-ready data.

Previously as a senior technical recruiter I managed full-cycle recruiting, assisted with compensation and benefits, and generated over $400,000 in new gross profit, earning president’s club recognition. I train staff on software, update CRMs, and thrive in roles requiring technical learning, cross-team communication, and process improvements.
