What I'm looking for

I’m seeking clinical neurosurgery experience through shadowing and observerships, plus research opportunities. I want to deepen real-world surgical insight, strengthen patient-care competency, and learn through simulation, collaboration, and feedback.

I’m a motivated medical student on a neurosurgery track, currently serving as a Neurosurgery Lead where I drive neurosurgery-themed medical innovation and student events. I bring disciplined communication, initiative, and responsibility shaped by clinical exposure, leadership, and hands-on emergency response training.

In my MedHack role, I design neuroscience workshops, surgical-skills sessions, case-based discussions, and simulation-based learning. I collaborate with faculty and medical teams to create neurosurgery-focused educational activities that strengthen real-world surgical understanding.

My early clinical and research experience fuels how I learn and contribute. Through online doctor shadowing, I’ve observed clinical decision-making and patient communication, and my CAR-T dissertation research at the University of Buckingham deepened my understanding of T-cell engineering, antigen-escape phenomena, and cytokine-release syndrome.

I also build readiness beyond the classroom through CPR & AED certification (Heart Safe City Program, DHA) and structured emergency response training. Alongside teaching and community leadership roles, I’m actively seeking clinical neurosurgery experience—shadowing, observerships, and research opportunities—to strengthen patient-care competence.
