At AlphaHiveAI, I lead planning and delivery of AI-enabled SaaS products, coordinating frontend, backend, and AI/ML workstreams through Agile sprints. I also manage stakeholder communication and milestone reporting to keep concurrent projects on scope and schedule.

At GlaxIT, I managed client software projects from planning through delivery, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and milestone tracking. I coordinated cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve blockers and align delivery with client requirements.

Through Freelance Engineering, I delivered client SaaS projects from scoping through deployment, coordinating budgets, timelines, and quality gates. My project work includes Ideas Planner, a 3D planning platform, and HealthPowr, a community support and case management platform.

I also led Rezerva from inception through launch of its web platform and companion mobile app, coordinating Agile delivery across web and mobile teams. My computer science background and earlier backend development and QA experience at AppAura help me bring technical context to project planning.
