I’m a motivated and enthusiastic writer and communication professional with a passion for writing and writer development. I’m skilled in editing, proofreading, and story creation, and I provide valuable, actionable feedback with concise and efficient editing for creative and academic writing.

I’m knowledgeable in various formats including APA, MLA, and Chicago, and I’m comfortable working across different citation requirements. I also bring strong digital writing confidence through Google Workspace and the Microsoft Office Suite.

In my recent manager roles, I focus on creating a cohesive, friendly environment, using active listening and a positive attitude to solve problems and recommend solutions for customers and colleagues. I’ve trained and coached multiple new team members and supported communication and conflict management for a team of seven employees.

I’m excited to blend communication and writing practice with my TEFL pathway—planning and delivering English lessons, supporting small group learning, and offering one-on-one guidance. I currently tutor virtual students in English and contribute to themed community events as a Building Ambassador, strengthening my writing, mediation, and communication skills.
