At INTECH SERVICES FZCO, I architected a global Power BI commercial analytics platform for DP World’s Freight Forwarding business, integrating Azure Databricks and PostgreSQL into a shared semantic model. It supported executive leadership, regional management and sales teams across reporting needs.
For DP World Cargoes Customs, I led BI delivery for a customs single-window platform covering declaration management, customs valuation, duty calculation and risk-engine analytics. I delivered anomaly-detection and risk analytics using NLP, fuzzy matching and GPT-based classification.
Earlier, at Crimson Logic Pte Ltd, I delivered customs and trade-facilitation BI implementations, including live Trade Visualization System deployments for Bahamas, Ghana and Suriname Customs. At Misys Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and Accenture, I delivered Cognos data warehousing and reporting for banking and travel-and-expense systems.
