I manage Microsoft Entra ID authentication and MFA, and devices through Microsoft Intune and MDM systems.

My work also includes Active Directory, ESET Endpoint Security, and ESET Full Disk Encryption administration.

I provide first- and second-level IT support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and manage requests through the Zammad help desk.
