I am a leader with over 20 years of experience in the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense, combining program and project management, business development, and cross-functional team leadership to deliver mission-critical capabilities. I have a proven record capturing federal contracts, overseeing multimillion-dollar portfolios, and integrating agentic AI and emerging technology into operational workflows to produce measurable outcomes.
As a director and business area manager, I build trusted relationships with DoD and IC partners, shepherd prototypes from concept to capability, and champion workforce development through recruitment and mentorship. I also bring practical instructional experience as an adjunct professor of practice, translating real-world intelligence tradecraft into curriculum and mentoring the next generation of practitioners.
