I’m a Senior Loan Operations Specialist with 6+ years of experience in syndicated loan operations, agency loan administration, lifecycle event processing, and trade settlements. I manage complex loan portfolios end-to-end—facilitating advances, rollovers, payments, rate pricing, fees, and working through fractional breaks and settlement documentation review.
I’m known for identifying and actively managing operational risks, resolving escalations across global stakeholders, and ensuring cash & position reconciliation accuracy within SLA and TAT. I’ve supported fund accounting updates and participated deals trade booking/settlements using tools like CDO, WSO, VPM, LXFX, and Loan Ops, while partnering with investment managers to investigate and clear discrepancies.

Managed end-to-end agency syndicated loan operations for a complex portfolio, including advances, rollovers, payments, rate pricing, fees, and fractional breaks. Performed cash/position reconciliation and pending trade reconciliation, resolving operational escalations and supporting participated deal trade booking and settlements using CDO and VPM.
Handled lender-side syndicated loan servicing across term loans and revolvers, supporting lifecycle events and maintaining cash reconciliation and trade settlement accuracy. Managed reconciliations for lender amounts against funding memos/notices, ensured BAU deliverables met TAT, and used WSO, MCH, LXFX, and Loan Ops for processing and reporting.
