What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Loan Operations role supporting syndicated corporate bank debt.

At S&P Global, I process primary and secondary syndicated loan trades on ClearPar, coordinating with agent banks, counterparties, and front-office teams to meet LSTA settlement timelines. I also review credit agreements and amendments and reconcile agent notices against system records.

I support loan servicing across drawdowns, paydowns, rollovers, and interest and fee payments, while investigating cash and position breaks. My work also includes contributing to documentation process automation, preparing audit documentation and MIS reports, and supporting compliance with LSTA/LMA frameworks.
