I’m a Senior Product, UX/UI designer with 15+ years designing complex B2B/B2C digital products across SaaS, Mobile, and Enterprise platforms—from zero-to-one builds to large-scale design system architecture. I specialize in turning complex business logic into scalable, user-centered interfaces across Fintech, Agricultural, Transportation, Reservations, and Marketing Automation, in both startup and enterprise environments.
In my current role as Lead UX/UI, Product designer at Innline, I design across 6 B2B/SaaS products, owning IA, MVP scoping, CJM development, and design reviews with PMs and engineering. I redesign and streamline high-impact workflows—introducing structured information architecture and design systems, improving onboarding, reducing input errors and no-show edits—while tracking usability and satisfaction metrics per product. I also actively apply an AI-augmented design practice using Figma AI, ChatGPT, and Claude to accelerate ideation, UX copy, research synthesis, and spec documentation.
