Message

As a MidLevelSupervisor, I provide clinical guidance to RBTs and behavior technicians implementing individualized ABA treatment programs. I review client data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and make clinically appropriate program recommendations.

I also train staff and caregivers on behavior strategies, support consistent implementation of behavior plans, and maintain clinical documentation. Previously, as a Behavior Technician, I collected intervention data and implemented treatment strategies with children on the autism spectrum.
