I improved product costs by an average of 9% through vendor negotiations, strategic sourcing, and demand-based purchasing while maintaining quality and target margins. I also developed packaging for 300+ SKUs, supporting an annual ~10% lift in sales.

Previously at Makita Canada, I managed the roadmap and lifecycle for a $50M, 250+ SKU portfolio and helped improve website product discoverability by 30% and user satisfaction by 40%. I also lead product initiatives from stakeholder discovery to AI-assisted workflow solutions, and founded The Guest Cut, where I built an MVP, go-to-market strategy, and booking experience for the wedding services market.
