I’m looking to grow in a role where I can manage property portfolios and own financial planning, modelling, reporting, and tax compliance—improving controls and decision-making while working effectively with both teams and stakeholders.

I’m a results-driven Real Estate and Finance professional with an MBA and a BSc in Real Estate Finance & Investment, plus an FMVA (Financial Modelling & Valuation Analyst) certification. I combine property portfolio management with hands-on finance work to support smarter decisions for the organizations I serve.

Over 4 years, I’ve managed commercial and residential property portfolios (6–20 properties), overseeing full operations like tenant move-ins/outs, lease renewals, inspections, and service provider coordination. I lead financial planning, budgeting, and invoice processing, while supporting tax audits and regulatory compliance across managed properties.

I also deliver accounting and consulting services across multiple organizations. I maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Xero, redesign financial reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy, and build comprehensive financial models for revenue forecasting and cost optimization.
