What I'm looking for

I seek a senior finance role where I can lead multi-entity reporting, improve controls and systems, support strategic decision-making, and develop a small finance team in a collaborative, impact-driven environment.

I am a CMA- and CGBA-qualified senior finance professional with over 17 years' experience across multi-entity, multi-currency environments including manufacturing, exports, aquaculture and climate-focused projects.

I lead month-end close, prepare entity and consolidated financial statements, and provide CFO/CEO-level commentary to support strategic decisions. I have a strong track record in budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis and cash/working capital management.

I build and coach small finance teams, embed control frameworks and drive ERP and process improvements—recently co-leading a migration to Odoo 18 with chart of accounts redesign and SOP development.

My achievements include improving reporting and controls across group structures, delivering actionable cost and margin analysis for production environments, and ensuring tax compliance and audit readiness across multiple entities.
