What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR role where I can partner with operational leaders on full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, policy compliance, and HRIS/process improvements across multi-site teams.

I’ve been running end-to-end People Operations as a Human Resources Generalist and People Operations Partner at Maple Premium Services in Calgary. I partner with leadership on associate recruitment and onboarding, support managers and employees on employee relations, and keep everything aligned with Alberta Employment Standards.

I also lead HR tech adoption—rolling out Jobber and BrightHR to improve administrative efficiency—and I monitor attendance, scheduling, and performance metrics to spot process improvements. Before that, I developed HR policies and recruitment processes for Mi Gente Canada Foundation, and earlier I led strategic planning and ISO 9001/14001 certification work at Magnesol.
