I’m a Community & Influencer Manager with 5+ years of experience leading creator partnerships, managing online brand communities, and supporting end-to-end digital campaigns for brands in East & Central Africa. I bring a hands-on approach across strategy, execution, and reporting—built to drive meaningful engagement, brand trust, and measurable campaign performance.
At WPP Media, I worked in a regional agency setup supporting influencer and community initiatives for The Coca-Cola Company and its brands across East & Central Africa. I developed and executed influencer marketing and social media strategies end-to-end, oversee social content creation workflows, and deliver post-campaign reports with social listening insights and KPI tracking. I also coordinated cross-disciplinary execution across offline and online channels, manage online advocacy processes, and oversee third-party suppliers.
Previously at Zilojo Limited, I managed online brand communities and influencer relationships for multiple client accounts in a fast-paced digital agency environment. I compiled and scheduled content calendars, drove conversations by moderating and responding to fans and followers, supported pitch strategy with competitor brand analysis, and handled end-to-end influencer management and campaign reporting. I also managed social platform updates and supported live event coverage in social spaces.
