Experienced ICU RN skilled in high-acuity care and leadership as 3rd Shift GM TL, now expanding operations skills as Warehouse Associate
What I'm looking for
I’m a Registered Nurse with float pool experience across MS/ICU/PCU/ER and strong clinical skills in physical assessment and patient care. I’m CPR certified through the American Heart Association and I bring a calm, safety-first approach to high-acuity environments.
In my ICU and charge roles, I managed complex therapies and equipment, including Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), Rotoprone beds, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pumps (IABP), and Targeted Temperature Therapy (hypothermia). I also supported emergent situations, administered appropriate blood and blood products, and handled critical airway and infusion needs.
Alongside clinical care, I’ve led teams as a Charge Nurse and managed performance through clear communication and accountability. I directed, monitored, and evaluated care delegated to non-licensed personnel, and as a 3rd Shift GM Stocking Team Leader/Manager I oversaw more than 50 team members, driving customer service, sales, and merchandising standards.
More recently, I’ve broadened my operational experience as a Warehouse Associate while staying detail-oriented and consistent under pressure. I’m also forklift operator–trained with knowledge of baler operations and Class C Underground Storage Tank Training, and I bring fluency in Portuguese and Spanish to support team communication.
