I also bring real estate experience from HOA, where I guided buyers and sellers through financial goals, marketing plans, negotiations, compliance, and closing. Previously at Empire, LLC, I managed high-volume debt collection accounts, negotiated overdue balances, and investigated alternative funding sources.

My background includes four years teaching English, designing curriculum and providing structured feedback to help students develop communication skills. I combine financial coaching, client communication, workflow improvement, data analysis, and project management in fast-paced remote environments.
