I’m a finance professional with experience in corporate credit analysis, financial modeling, risk assessment, and market research from the National Bank of Egypt. I support complex financing decisions through financial statement analysis, cash flow analysis, and credit evaluation.

In my role as a Credit Analyst - Large Corporate Banking & Syndicated Loans Department, I evaluate corporate clients’ creditworthiness using ratio analysis and cash flow analysis to strengthen lending decisions across complex financing cases. I also coordinate with internal teams on loan agreement structuring for syndicated transactions and large corporate facilities, supporting due diligence and credit risk assessment.

I manage ongoing facility-related work for major infrastructure clients (including El Sewedy Electric) and contribute to portfolio monitoring and informed corporate financing decisions. I’m seeking opportunities across banking, financial analysis, corporate finance, and other analytical roles where strong commercial judgment, structured problem-solving, and stakeholder management can add value.
