I’m looking for AI pilots at national or state level where I can design and implement new products—combining model engineering with real-world deployment in challenging environments and government stakeholders.

I’m a versatile technology professional spanning AI, data science, rural systems, and large-scale government solutions. As a field technologist, I focus on deploying and scaling community-driven products in challenging on-ground environments where reliability and adoption matter.

As a Solution Architect / Tech lead for Bhashini / Wadhwani AI and IIT-D, I lead multiple central government departments to define requirements, design system architectures, and create personas, user stories, budgets, and technical RFP/RFE documents. I also managed a 15-member engineering team delivering AI-based chatbot solutions for central ministries, coordinating with Secretaries and senior officials and owning the client-facing technology direction.

Previously, as Chief Technology Officer at Gramrite Solutions, I led multilingual AI pipelines for real-time audio processing—speech identification, transcription, translation, NER, and intent extraction. I helped develop language ID and intent classification with a mix of primary and LLM-generated data achieving ~80% accuracy using SpeechBrain, and I architected/deployed self-hosted LLMs to improve efficiency and keep conversational responses under 2 seconds, while working with communities on data collection.

My work also blends engineering with measurable impact: I built Raspberry Pi–based radio disaster-management infrastructure for emergency communication across the Himalayan region, supported rural mesh networks and digital libraries, and created automated scraping and analytics dashboards using SQL and Power BI. I’ve contributed to open-source civic technology platforms and Hindi social-media analysis, always aiming to turn technical capability into real-world outcomes.
