Karabelo Rachaka

At Legal Aid South Africa, I managed 150+ court files across criminal and civil matters, meeting court deadlines and compliance requirements. I also prepared court bundles and maintained electronic case records.

I drafted pleadings, notices, affidavits, and legal opinions, and researched case law and legislation to build case strategies and advise supervising attorneys. Under supervision, I appeared in the Magistrates' Courts, presenting matters and negotiating on behalf of clients.

I completed my articles of clerkship at Legal Aid South Africa and hold an LLB from the University of South Africa (UNISA). I’m keen to learn corporate structures, entity documentation, and fund formation, and to work with technology and AI tools to improve legal processes.
