What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead architecture and delivery for scalable SaaS products, combining hands-on Ruby on Rails engineering with mentoring, modernization, integrations, data-driven reporting, and cross-functional technical leadership.

I've led development of enterprise mobility and relocation platforms at MobilityEmpowered, building multi-tenant Rails applications for onboarding, policy-driven benefits, approvals, supplier orchestration, and reconciliation.

I define technical architecture for SaaS systems, modernize legacy Rails applications, and design secure REST APIs, microservices, event-driven integrations, and scalable background processing with PostgreSQL, Redis, Sidekiq, and Heroku.

Previously at Throught Technologies and Gammastack, I delivered scalable Rails applications, integrated services including Stripe, Twilio, and SendGrid, improved database performance, and built responsive web interfaces.

I combine hands-on engineering with technical leadership through architecture reviews, coding standards, mentoring, Agile delivery, production incident management, and collaboration with product, business, and executive stakeholders.
