At Qinecsa Solutions, I lead backend engineering initiatives using Ruby and Ruby on Rails, from solution design through production delivery. I work on API and service design, performance, security, and production reliability within a GAMP5-based SDLC.

At ReferralGPS, I architected and launched a healthcare SaaS platform from scratch, supporting 50K+ users with Rails microservices and REST APIs. I improved API response times to under 200ms and delivered zero-downtime releases using Capistrano, Docker, and AWS.

At ReferralGPS, I also led and mentored a distributed team of 4+ engineers, using TDD and CI/CD practices to achieve 94% code coverage. Before that, at Trika Technologies, I delivered three e-commerce platforms and built integrations with PayPal, ActiveMerchant, and Trustpilot.

At Enphase Solar Energy, I built RMA self-service workflows that reduced resolution time from about seven days to under 15 minutes, and an ownership transfer system that cut customer onboarding turnaround from one month to one day. I also designed real-time APIs for solar analytics and contributed to microservices using Java, Python, Elixir, Go, and Node.js.
