I’m a Computer Science undergraduate with hands-on experience in Security Operations, Network Traffic Analysis, and Linux environments. I bring practical SOC experience centered on packet analysis, log analysis, and security monitoring.

As an SOC Analyst Intern at SISA Information Security, I monitor enterprise environments and investigate network and security events using TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP concepts. I perform device health monitoring (online/offline status and log availability), validate alerts, and complete root-cause analysis with ticketing workflows.

I also help drive operational visibility by collaborating with clients and internal teams to resolve incidents and identify false positives. Through SOC operations and networking projects, I document findings, maintain monitoring accuracy, and contribute recommendations for rule optimization.

My project work strengthens my day-to-day effectiveness: I analyze live traffic with Wireshark and TCPDump (TCP handshakes, DNS resolution, DHCP transactions, ARP communication, and ICMP), and I’ve built centralized log monitoring using Wazuh with scanning and authentication-event investigation to spot anomalous behavior.
