What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build governed cloud analytics platforms—engineering pipelines and warehouses (Azure Synapse/Fabric) and delivering Power BI reporting—so business teams can make informed decisions with reliable, secure data.

I’m a data engineer based in Morocco with experience implementing end-to-end “Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions,” from gathering requirements to ensuring long-term maintenance. My work spans data cleaning, analysis, reporting, and visualization, with a strong focus on governed, cloud-based analytics.

With Microsoft Fabric and Azure at the center of my skill set, I’ve designed and administered Fabric data architectures that connect ADLS, Lakehouse, Warehouse, and Power BI. In parallel, I’ve built and optimized Power BI reports, including managed connections using service accounts and workspace identities.

In my roles administering Azure Synapse Analytics, I’ve handled monitoring and governance tasks such as managing data access, optimizing queries behind Power BI reports, creating a Synapse metadata objects catalog, and configuring private network access. I’ve also implemented backup and retention processes for Synapse tables to support reliable operations.

I’ve also contributed to data platform enhancements through migration and automation work—migrating data to Azure Synapse Analytics, developing Power BI reporting for accessible visualization, and building Power Automate flows for screening workflows. I’m dedicated to continuously expanding my knowledge in cloud computing, data warehousing, and visualization.
