I’m an end-to-end SAP professional with 11+ years of experience, evolving from technical delivery and functional consulting into leading SAP programs across implementation/rollout, service pack/upgrade, and AMS.

Work history, roles, and key accomplishments
Led end-to-end staffing and governance for SAP delivery, managing 20+ resources across onshore and offshore tracks and implementing stakeholder feedback checkpoints for course-correction. Delivered AMS service management for a Paris-based client, achieving a 98% user satisfaction score and establishing a French language delivery model to improve engagement.
Led a 27-member AMS offshore team across functional and technical workstreams, ensuring SLA adherence and driving continuous improvement. Managed AMS operations including incident management, problem management, change requests, and release coordination, and reported SLA metrics via dashboards in weekly governance calls.
Owned SAP PLM AMS support while leading and mentoring a small team of SAP consultants, maintaining near zero critical incidents. Built internal dashboards to improve work visibility and align task delivery to SLA requirements.
Transitioned from ABAP development to SAP PLM functional consulting and supported AMS activities for PLM processes. Provided functional and technical support for SAP PLM tickets to help stabilize and deliver service requests.
