I’m looking for a role where I can combine software engineering with healthcare/process coordination—owning reliable delivery, translating technical work for stakeholders, and improving workflows through structured documentation and root-cause problem solving.

I’m a results-oriented technology professional who bridges operational and technical teams across healthcare and enterprise environments. With 5+ years of cross-functional experience, I bring a process-driven approach to intake coordination, health information management, and client-facing support.

In healthcare, I managed end-to-end intake coordination using AlayaCare—accurately updating referral information, client profiles, care plans, and visit schedules to support continuity of care. I also served as a primary point of contact for intake referrals, triaging requests, verifying eligibility, and communicating service timelines clearly.
