Kanelo Ratefane

I am a dedicated social worker with hands-on experience providing psychosocial support to vulnerable children and families in community settings.

During my time at Leratong Community Centre I delivered emotional care, active listening, and basic counselling under supervision, coordinated food parcel distribution, and supported group activities to build resilience and self-esteem.

I maintain accurate beneficiary records and report progress and needs to supervisors, ensuring services meet the immediate requirements of children and families.

I hold a Bachelor of Social Work from the National University of Lesotho and bring strong communication skills, problem detection abilities, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office package to service-focused roles.
