I am looking for a role that allows me to help others and grow professionally.

I am a dedicated professional with over five years of experience in customer service. My journey has been marked by a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence in every role I undertake. I pride myself on being a fast learner, which has allowed me to adapt quickly to new challenges and responsibilities.

Currently, I serve as an in-shop/line manager at Jimmy John's, where I not only assist customers but also manage various operational tasks. My role has enabled me to develop strong leadership skills, as I have taken on the responsibility of being the Person in Charge (PIC) who opens the store. I am eager to continue my career in a position that allows me to help others and utilize my skills effectively.
