At ZetaDisplay, I set technical strategy and architectural direction for the Player team while staying hands-on in the code. I created the company's first official npm library and led the modernization of a 14-year-old codebase, migrating most of the system to contemporary technologies within 18 months.

I was a key driver in delivering new products that generate around 60M SEK in additional annual revenue. I also designed and delivered a cross-platform product for Android-based screens using React Native.

At Housee, I owned end-to-end architecture and the technical roadmap, supervised developers, and helped hire and onboard engineers. Across my work, I've contributed to products at IKEA / Ingka, Tretton37, and Brands Distribution, using Node.js and TypeScript alongside cloud and data platforms.
