I’m an AI Automation Engineer focused on shipping production-grade LLM, voice AI, and workflow automation systems for healthcare. At Contech International, I built Dr. Sara—an Urdu voice AI intake agent—and launched a reporting platform used at IMC Hospital DHA Lahore.

I architect end-to-end AI automation pipelines in n8n, integrating OpenAI, Retell AI, and healthcare backend systems through REST APIs, webhooks, and custom connectors. I prioritized reliability and scale, cutting cross-system data latency by 70% and maintaining 99.5%+ uptime across mission-critical workflows.

My work goes beyond “model calls” into real-time system design: I engineered speech pipelines with Pipecat + WebRTC, Whisper STT (Groq large-v3), Silero VAD, dual TTS engines (Edge TTS Urdu + OpenAI), and validation layers to reduce hallucinations on noisy clinical audio.

I also develop automation architecture that eliminates manual work at scale—reclaiming 30+ manual staff hours per week by automating patient intake and administrative reporting.
