At Travel Agency “Поехали с нами,” I manage day-to-day operations and research and arrange flights, hotels, accommodation, transfers and tours. I prepare travel options and itineraries around clients’ requirements, budgets and schedules.
I communicate with clients, travel suppliers and partners throughout the booking process, and manage online inquiries, bookings and follow-up. I coordinate multiple travel requests and time-sensitive tasks.
At Tengizchevroil (TCO) – Future Growth Project, I managed regulatory and certification activities and coordinated contractors, suppliers, project teams and external organizations. I also managed documentation, deadlines and approvals, and prepared reports, KPIs and dashboards using Power BI, Excel and SharePoint.
Earlier, at Firecon Ltd and T-Standart LLP, I coordinated certification and product conformity assessment work, including documentation, project timelines and communication with clients and suppliers. I also have experience supporting System Completion activities using RAPMD, CMS, Power BI and SharePoint.
