What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a European finance management role where I can lead reporting, budgeting, controls, compliance, and ERP-supported operational improvement across regional business operations.

I've led finance and operations at Anamark MK DOOEL since 2018, owning management reporting, budgets, cash-flow planning, payments, payroll, VAT reconciliations, statutory statements, and internal controls.

I built Excel-based reporting and control systems that turn trial-balance and source data into P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, period comparisons, and control checks in approximately two hours. I also designed payroll and VAT control tools that improve consistency and reviewability.

Previously, I progressed to Financial Director at SMT-CORP DOO and managed finance, banking, statutory compliance, accounting standards, and transaction flows in an internationally connected pulp-and-paper business. I supported paper-mill rehabilitation and modernisation projects across the Balkans through feasibility assessments, financial projections, and production-savings analysis.

Across finance, procurement, production, legal administration, and business operations, I connect data, controls, systems, and practical workflows. I use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central daily and bring an analytical, research-driven approach to compliance, process improvement, and complex operational issues.
