What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a finance, accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, or internal audit role where I can strengthen financial controls, deliver accurate analysis, support management decisions, and coordinate financial activities.

I've managed finance and accounting activities at Public Utility Company “Tetova” and now perform internal audit and financial control work for the Municipality of Tearce. I prepare financial analyses and reports, review documentation and procedures, identify discrepancies, and support improvements to internal financial processes and controls.

Across 20+ years in financial accounting, planning, reporting, budgeting, and administration, I've maintained financial records, monitored budget-versus-actual results, and supported management decision-making. I use Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and financial systems to organize data, prepare calculations, and deliver accurate reporting while handling confidential financial information.
