At HCLTech on the PepsiCo project, I support enterprise network operations in a 24/7 NOC, tracking incidents, service requests, and SLA targets. I use ServiceNow, SevOne, and NetBrain to monitor issues and coordinate resolutions.
I built real-time SevOne dashboards for bandwidth, latency, packet loss, and device health, with threshold-based alerts to detect anomalies. I also created an incident and SLA reporting dashboard using Excel, Power BI, and SQL, including DAX measures for SLA compliance and resolution time.
