Role Summary:
You act as the primary business-technical liaison between stakeholders, Centers of Excellence, engineering, and QA teams for a business-critical, global retail POS platform — spanning new feature delivery, platform migration, and production support.
Core responsibilities:
Requirements & Design — Lead requirement elicitation for new POS features, translating business objectives into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Migration & Change Management — Drive functional analysis and change impact assessment for platform migrations, coordinating data validation, configuration review, and regression testing for zero-disruption cutovers
