I’m Kaliopi, a finance operations professional with over ten years of experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash. I enjoy solving complex problems, improving processes and working with people across different teams and cultures. Over the years, I’ve learned that technical knowledge is only part of the job—communication, trust and ownership make the real difference.

Throughout my career, I’ve managed end-to-end billing operations, customer account governance, collections, cash application, dispute resolution and stakeholder communication. I’ve worked closely with Finance, Sales, Project Managers and customers, ensuring accurate invoicing, healthy cash flow and continuous process improvement. I also have experience supporting audits, monitoring KPIs, coaching new team members and driving operational excellence.
