At Brown & Brown (Europe) Holdco Limited, I oversee profitability, strategy and governance across three MGA schemes. I manage broker and capacity partner relationships and negotiate new products for launch.
In this role, I’ve contributed to income growth across the schemes, including nearly 7% growth in income in a soft market. I also review management information, pricing models and policy wordings to support underwriting performance.
At RSA Insurance Group, I underwrote new and existing Property Owners and Blocks of Flats business, managed key accounts and delivered technical training to underwriters. I exceeded my new business target before the end of the year and was nominated by peers for a Spotlight award for Excellence.
Earlier, at Zurich Insurance and AXA Insurance, I underwrote Real Estate and Property Owners business, including niche portfolios and specialist covers. I delivered underwriting training, supported broker relationships and contributed to portfolio growth and technical work.
