I am looking for a dynamic role in a collaborative environment that values personal connections and professional growth.

I am an experienced underwriter with a strong background in international property insurance, having spent five years underwriting for a Lloyd’s of London syndicate. My focus on diverse occupancies across Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the Caribbean has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the global insurance landscape. In my first year, I successfully wrote a profitable GBP 1 million, contributing to my team's market-leading GAAP results. After a brief hiatus due to health reasons, I am eager to return to a fast-paced, people-centric industry.

Currently, I work as a support worker for refugees in Cornwall, where I help improve their employability and assist them in settling into the community. This role has reinforced my belief in the importance of empathy and understanding in professional relationships. Additionally, my experience as a lead surf coach and adventure guide has honed my public speaking and time management skills, allowing me to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
