Kaira Dela Cruz
@kairadelacruz
I build dashboards and automated analysis that turn public-sector data into decisions.
What I'm looking for
At the Department for Work and Pensions, I build and maintain Plotly Dash KPI dashboards for senior leadership, supporting evidence-based decisions on Apprenticeships, Growth and Skills. I automate manual reporting with SQL and Python, translate legacy MySQL queries into Azure Databricks Lakehouse workflows, and communicate significant data movements and emerging trends.
Previously at the Department for Education, I delivered forecasting models for apprenticeship withdrawals, a Power BI “Who Does Apprenticeship?” dashboard, and Python data-cleansing automation while completing a Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship with Cambridge Spark.
My earlier data-quality work at Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust strengthened my focus on reliable data, governance, and clear communication with technical and non-technical colleagues. I bring experience in quality assurance, stakeholder requests, reporting, forecasting, and collaborative dashboard development.
