What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design complex SaaS, developer, or operational products where I can lead end-to-end workflows, build scalable design systems, partner closely with engineering and product leaders, and use research and analytics to improve adoption.

I've led end-to-end design for Yappes' API lifecycle management platform, shaping gateway routing, transformations, policy management, and developer-facing configuration workflows. I translated technical concepts such as schema validation, CORS, and mTLS into clear product flows for technical users.

At Yappes, I built a component-based design system from the ground up and redesigned the marketing site in Framer. I also improved documentation in MkDocs to support product discovery, onboarding, and self-serve adoption.

Previously at Loadshare, I designed the Hyperlocal Rider App and launched features that increased rider engagement by 62%. I combined on-ground interviews, ride-alongs, usability testing, Mixpanel, and Redash data to improve adoption across logistics workflows.

Across Sprinto and Loadshare, I've simplified compliance, warehouse, delivery, and operational products while building scalable design systems for evolving SaaS platforms.
