Earlier at Bentchair (UI/UX Designer, 2019 – Feb 2022) and as a UI Design Intern, I worked on HRMS, internal tools, and ed-tech experiences—redesigning HRMS workflows to improve usability and reduce task completion time by 30%, and increasing website conversion rates by 20% through better information architecture and visual hierarchy. I bring end-to-end craft—from user research and wireframes to design systems and developer handoff—using Figma and accessibility-aware UX.
