I’m a customer-focused, detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience supporting clients across multiple communication channels. I’m known for resolving issues quickly, maintaining positive relationships, and keeping support organized and accurate.

Through roles like Waitress and Creche Teacher, I developed strong communication habits, customer care instincts, and reliable administration. I handled inquiries professionally, supported daily operations, and maintained records with attention to detail.

As a Virtual Assistant Simulation learner, I practiced managing emails, calendars, and scheduling tasks, while also working on content moderation for quality and compliance. I also completed data annotation practice involving text classification and image tagging to strengthen my accuracy and consistency.

I’m currently building my business foundation through Business Management (in progress) and complementing it with certifications in Virtual Assistance (ALX), Digital Marketing (Accenture), and Human Factors in Healthcare.
