What I'm looking for

I seek a role combining customer service, technical maintenance, and sales in a collaborative environment where I can apply hands-on skills and grow professionally.

I am a customer-focused service technician and sales professional with experience in technical service, customer consulting, and field marketing. I started my career recruiting and marketing students, progressed to technical roles as a transformer winder/developer, and spent several years at HiFi Corporation handling service, administration, and sales.

I hold a Certificate in Financial Administration and Secretarial Studies from MSC College, with practical skills in MS Excel, office management and business communications. I have leadership experience as a class captain, multiple soccer team captaincies, and as a team leader and assistant manager in college and at HiFi Corporation.

I bring strong communication and interpersonal skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a hands-on approach to problem solving. I am eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to customer service, technical maintenance, or sales operations where reliability and practical skills are valued.
