I'm seeking a mid-level claims or billing role where I can resolve complex claims, work collaboratively, continue learning in a HIPAA-compliant environment, and drive process improvements.

I'm a self-motivated claims professional who began in entry positions across industries and climbed the career ladder into analyst roles. I specialize in diagnosing payment discrepancies and resolving high-dollar claims efficiently.

In my most recent role as a Medicare Overpayment Analyst, I researched discrepancy reports, corrected claims, documented status updates, and processed refunds via checks and e-payments while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Previously, as a Claims Specialist, I reviewed medical claims, handled timely-filing appeals, coordinated benefits, pulled medical records, and escalated complex cases. I regularly work directly with patients, employers, and insurance provider portals to resolve issues.
