I am looking for a role that allows me to leverage my educational expertise in a management capacity, fostering team development and enhancing organizational effectiveness.

With over 13 years of experience in education, I am a dedicated professional eager to transition into a management role at Top Golf. My journey has been marked by a commitment to fostering learning environments that maximize student engagement and success. I have developed and implemented innovative curriculum and lesson plans, collaborating with colleagues to ensure that all learners receive differentiated instruction tailored to their needs.

Throughout my career, I have taken on leadership roles, such as serving on the Equal Opportunity School Committee, where I worked to promote equity and justice for underrepresented groups. As a Certified AVID Elective Teacher, I have empowered first-generation students to develop the skills necessary for college and career success. My experience also includes mentoring new teachers and leading initiatives in social emotional learning, demonstrating my ability to drive positive change within educational settings.
