I'm looking to lead human-centered strategy and research work that helps organizations turn customer insight into meaningful growth, better services, and sustainable change.

At Rêve Consulting, I lead strategy and research for healthcare, financial services, and education clients, managing end-to-end human-centered design processes that create customer-centered growth opportunities. I design qualitative and quantitative research, facilitate workshops, and guide executive stakeholders through strategy activation and change management.

Previously, at Lutheran Social Services of MN, my research and growth recommendations generated $1.5M in new contracts and revenue sources.
